Visit from the Ferran Torres Summer Camp

Guided tour of the Oceanogràfic facilities

The Oceanogràfic Foundation hosts a visit from the Ferran Torres Summer Camp, a sports and educational initiative promoted by the renowned FC Barcelona and Spanish national team footballer. More than 100 students will participate in this day, enjoying the screening of The Turtle’s Odyssey in the 4D Cinema from the Red Sea area. Afterwards, they will attend a talk given by the Foundation’s educational team and the technical staff of the Dolphinarium.

Ferran Torres and the Oceanogràfic of Valencia renew their collaboration agreement to promote marine conservation and raise public awareness about the importance of protecting life in the oceans. This agreement is part of the footballer’s commitment, also an ambassador for the Kick Out Plastic Foundation, to sustainability and the fight against the use of single-use plastics. The collaboration includes specific educational actions, such as a visit to the Oceanogràfic by students from the summer camp that Ferran has been organizing for six years in his hometown, Foios.
