Educational Voyage Aboard the Tirant I Schooner

The Tirant Primer schooner, as part of the Escoles a la Mar program of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, acts as a launchpad for the Oceanogràfic’s environmental education project, bringing marine science closer to educational centers through practical experiences.

From July 31 to August 5, the vessel sails the Mediterranean towards Ibiza, combining nautical training with ecological awareness. On this voyage, two Oceanogràfic biologists embark, complementing the navigation learning with content on the conservation of the Mediterranean Sea and its biodiversity.
