Turtle Release and Beach Cleanup

In collaboration with the Sant Antoni Abad – Salesianos school, we carried out an educational activity with the participation of 120 students, focused on cleaning the coastline and releasing a sea turtle. During the day, the group will work on analyzing the marine litter collected, identifying its origin, and reflecting on possible solutions to reduce its impact on ecosystems. To close the activity, we will say goodbye to a turtle recovered in the ARCA del Mar of the Oceanogràfic, an experience that has allowed students to learn about the biology of these animals, the threats they face, and the operation of the Stranding Network.
