Una tortuga marina avanza hacia el mar por la arena, mientras dos hileras de personas, situadas a ambos lados, observan con respeto y emoción su recorrido. La escena tiene lugar en una playa y refleja una suelta organizada con participación del público.

The Young Water Professional group will participate in the release of a turtle recovered at the ARCA del Mar of the Oceanogràfic. During the day, the approximately 30 attendees will learn firsthand about the work carried out by the Oceanogràfic Foundation in the recovery of sea turtles, with an introduction to its marine ecosystem conservation projects and the operation of the Stranding Network.

The Young Water Professionals (YWP) network, promoted by the International Water Association (IWA), seeks to train the new generation of leaders in the water sector, supporting the professional development of young people under 35 years of age in numerous countries. In Spain, the initiative is realized in Young Water Professionals Spain, created in 2015 with the support of the Spanish Association of Water Supply and Sanitation (AEAS), with the aim of promoting the professional growth, visibility, and recognition of young professionals in the water sector.
