Frosch

The Oceanogràfic Foundation and Frosch, a leading company in sustainable technological innovation, collaborated in the 2023 conference series “The Tide of Change. Actions for the Conservation of Marine Life,” an initiative that seeks to raise awareness in society about the importance of protecting the oceans and promoting a more sustainable future for the marine environment.

As part of this collaboration, a “Time Capsule” was created, where visitors to the Oceanogràfic could leave messages with their wishes and commitments for the conservation of the oceans. This project, inaugurated on October 18, 2022, was submerged in one of the aquariums of the center of Valencia where it will remain until 2030, at which time the progress made as a society to reverse the impact on the marine ecosystem will be evaluated.

“The Tide of Change” also included a series of activities that connect different groups, such as the academic-scientific, business, and outreach communities, to generate innovative and sustainable solutions to current environmental challenges.

Thanks to Frosch’s commitment, the Oceanogràfic Foundation reinforces its mission to protect the marine environment and raise awareness in society about the need to act collectively for a more sustainable future.
