However, many marine centers still capture some species from the wild, especially fish, to maintain their collections.<\/p>\n\n
In line with the Oceanogr\u00e0fic’s commitment to reduce its impact on the ocean, we are moving towards sustainability through new breeding programs for species acquired from nature.<\/p>\n\n
These programs will not only strengthen the aquarium’s collections, but will also support reintroduction projects for vulnerable or endangered species.
