Personnel from the Xaloc volunteer group, which collaborates in custody and awareness-raising tasks, also participated. <\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">Satellite tracking will allow researchers to know the turtle&#8217;s movements in real time and detect if it makes new nesting attempts on the coast this season.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-61361 img-fluid\" src=\"https:\/\/fundacionoceanografic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Uno-de-los-huevos-durante-el-pesaje-1024x683-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">This new nest confirms the frequency of <i>Caretta caretta<\/i> layings on the Valencian coast, a phenomenon that experts relate to the increase in sea temperatures and the adaptation of the species to new breeding areas.
