The discovery was made possible thanks to citizen collaboration, which activated the Stranding Network of the Valencian Community and allowed the intervention of the Oceanogr\u00e0fic Foundation&#8217;s rescue team and technicians from the University of Valencia. <\/p>\n<p>During the operation, specialists located the nest and counted 14 hatchlings. Eight of them have been transferred to the Oceanogr\u00e0fic of Valencia (CACSA \u2013 GVA) to join the Head Starting program, which guarantees their growth in safe conditions for approximately one year, before releasing them into the sea. <\/p>\n<p>This nest is the fourth finding of the season in the province of Castell\u00f3n, after the two recorded on the beaches of Nules and the one located in Almassora.
